Penna partners with you to develop a coaching strategy, build internal and external coaching capability and drive quality, consistency and results.

At an organisational level
- We ensure there is clarity in what you are trying to achieve through coaching
- We build an understanding regarding the type of coaching needed in differing situations and the experience of the coach required
- We develop internal guidelines as to how to get the best out of coaching, choose a coach and involve sponsors in the contractual relationship
- We collect key themes coming out of the coaching to feed in to your learning and development strategy
- Our services can include coaches from other coaching organisations with Penna providing management of each arrangement
- Our services extend to your internal coaches. We provide training and ongoing group supervision to grow internal coaching capability
- We also train managers to take the coach approach – Leader as Coach
At an individual level
- We match the individual coachee to the coach using one of our Master Coaches who can guide the process and decision-making, whilst ensuring you have the ultimate say
- We ensure the coaching contract is set up with clear goals and measures, and the involvement of a sponsor
- We track the coaching and manage the quality of coaching through regular CPD and supervision for the coaches
- We measure and review the outcomes and key themes of the coaching sessions
- We use online feedback to survey the individuals, their sponsor and your HR satisfaction and coaches for key thematic data
- Through project management we collate and track overall measures of success.
