Our Boardroom conversations often begin with an Executive who raises issues such as:

  • What areas do I focus on that will really make a difference?
  • The Board is not operating at its full potential, what will it take for us to perform at our best?
  • We will soon face a succession issue. How do we prepare to select and welcome a new member of our team with minimal disruption?
  • The main constraint to the growth of our business is developing new leaders within the business. How, as a Board, can we address this issue?

Our Board offering is made up of a small team of highly experienced and complimentary performance consultants. They play the role of coach, facilitator and provocateur. This team works with the executive team in 3 dimensions:

  Individually
Each member of your Executive Team has his or her own personal coach.

  Tag Team
Each coach is also available to work individually with other members of the Executive Team and their personal coach. This is especially useful when working in developing particular skills such as powerful communication, influence and impact or strategic thinking.

Our team of coaches work together with your whole executive team. This ensures complete alignment and laser-like focus on what is really going to make the difference.
