Penna Connect
Penna Connect arose as the result of research conducted amongst our career transition clients and their sponsoring organisations. What came back to us, overwhelmingly, is that outplacement candidates want more direct and proactive assistance in finding new roles. Our response to this need is Penna Connect.
Penna Connect aims to provide candidates with an internal recruitment agency. Working alongside the existing outplacement support services, Penna Connect will provide the link to employers in the market. Increasingly, HR are turning to outplacement candidates as an alternative to using traditional recruitment suppliers, as not only are the candidates available immediately, the service is extremely cost effective.
We feel that by introducing Penna Connect, we are truly enhancing the outplacement programme for both the candidate and the client. Click here to find out more.
