Bev White Bev has accountability for leading the continuous design, development and delivery of Penna’s Career Transition services. In addition, she drives sales performance across the business and was accountable for leading Penna’s achievement of being placed 29th in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for 2008.

John Smith John is a Client Partner at Penna’s London West End office. He manages relationships across Penna’s different service lines with many of the media companies we work with as well as organisations from different sectors.
Mark Dougall Mark is a Client Partner based in the central region covering the East Midlands and East of England. As Client Partner, Mark manages relationships across all of Penna’s service lines mainly within large corporates such as E-on, Greene King and Experian.
Sue Graham Sue is responsible for developing “Working Futures” - Penna’s approach to career development within organisations. Her specialist areas are self-assessment and service development and she has a keen interest in generational diversity and the changing world of work.
Frances Cook Frances Cook is Director of the Unit and personally assists clients in their campaign phase. Her specialist area is impression management and external reputation and presentation.
Sally Davis Sally Davis is Managing Director of the Unit and manages the resource and professional development. An experienced top level coach, her specialist area is evaluation of options and campaign management, particularly ongoing motivation. She works with clients in their campaign phase.
Teresa Houghton Teresa is a researcher, and has been part of many internal research studies, as well as dealing with outplacement client research queries. Teresa also runs regular free training sessions for clients about how to use the research databases available on Penna Online, and how to effectively use the internet.
Claire Terry Claire joined Penna to launch Penna Connect, our service which provides outplacement candidates with an internal recruitment agency. Claire has a large amount of experience in the recruitment industry predominantly recruiting marketing professionals in the Professional Services, Financial Services, IT and Telecoms industries.
Katie Blumfield Katie is a Project Co-ordinator within the Client Service Centre. She co-ordinates Career Transition projects working closely with corporate and individual clients from both the private and public sector. Katie is responsible for the day-to-day planning and management of projects, including allocating resource, tracking progress, invoicing and monitoring client feedback.
