Our Career Transition service provides Outplacement support at both individual and group level. We also offer tailored Managing Transition support to both the organisation and the line manager during periods of change.

Penna offers a comprehensive range of Individual Outplacement services, tailoring our programme to suit each person. We believe that the best means of reassurance lies in finding practical solutions to pressing issues. We help people understand where they have been, where they want to go – and, most importantly, we help them get there.

Where larger numbers are involved, our Group Outplacement services can be deployed. Tailored to achieve the results your people need we can run these workshops at a variety of locations. Where it's appropriate, we can set up, manage and staff an on-site resource centre.

We have another unique edge: Penna Connect. Completely free for our transition candidates, it provides a link between organisations seeking to recruit easily and sensibly with a readily available source of quality candidates.

Our capacity for innovative solutions is boosted by the wider Penna offering. We’ve used experts from our Human Resource Consulting line to assist with communication, assessment experts have supported employee development programmes and organisations have used our Interim Management service to recruit experienced individuals to manage major projects.
